5. Custom Furniture Orders

5.1 Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Final pricing may vary depending on material costs, design modifications, and other factors. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposits and Payments

Custom furniture orders typically require a deposit before work commences. Payment terms will be specified in your individual order agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work on any project where payment terms have not been met.

5.3 Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design specifications before manufacturing begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.

5.4 Materials and Craftsmanship

While we strive to match timber samples and finish colours as closely as possible, natural variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the delivery location. Any additional costs incurred due to access difficulties may be charged to the client.

7. Warranty

Kluzarinshap provides a warranty on craftsmanship for all custom furniture pieces. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
• Modifications made by anyone other than Kluzarinshap
• Natural characteristics of wood such as grain variation, minor colour changes, or small surface checks

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kluzarinshap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any content obtained from the website
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last twelve months.

9. Indemnification
